letterpress love.
do you know that i love letterpress? well, i do.
there are plenty of things that are unknown about me, as there are plenty of things that i do not know about you. let's be friends and tell secrets. so, i request-- would you please email me ansleyhayden@gmail.com and tell me something... something you believe would be perfect for the blog. someone i've yet to interview. a story that needs to be told. a video or a song. a piece of art. i want to hear from you, pretty please!

Oh, Hayden, I LOVE letterpress. When I was in college in the 70's, I worked at a printing company that still had two old letterpresses. They are probably still in the building next to Pike Co. High School. Jack Jordan ran them from the time he was a kid. He had all the old fonts and letters and ink. It was wonderful! Pike Printing in Troy is his new business, but I loved the old presses so much.
